Terms of Service

1. The service

Quiet Signal produces video content (scripts, voiceovers, edits, thumbnails and metadata) and optionally publishes it to channels you own or control. Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.

2. Ownership

On payment, you own the deliverables we produce for you. We retain the right to use non-identifying examples of our work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

3. Cancellation and refunds

There is no minimum term. Cancel from your account before the next billing date to stop renewal. Work already in production for the current cycle will be completed. Fees for the current cycle are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Platform policies

You are responsible for your channels and for complying with the terms of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and any other platform. We follow current platform guidelines in good faith but cannot guarantee monetisation, reach, revenue or freedom from strikes.

5. No guarantees

Any figures on this website are illustrative. Results depend on niche, consistency and platform behaviour outside our control. We make no promise of specific views, subscribers or income.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
