2. What we collect

• Contact details you submit through forms: name, email address, niche and message.
• Billing details processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Account and channel access you grant for auto-posting, held only for as long as the service is active.
• Basic usage analytics such as pages visited and device type, collected in aggregate.

3. How we use it

To respond to enquiries, deliver and improve the service, process payments, and send service-related messages. We do not sell personal data and we do not send marketing email without consent.

4. Third parties

We share data only with providers needed to run the service, such as Stripe for payments, our email provider for transactional mail, and hosting infrastructure. Each is bound by its own privacy terms.

5. Retention and your rights

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@quietsignal.example.com.
